The highly anticipated SSV (School Sports Victoria) tournament 2025 kicked off this Friday morning, with 91³Ô¹ÏÍø hosting the first-round soccer match against Marymede Catholic College.
The Marymede team arrived punctually, marching onto the oval with determination, ready to take on our school in a fiercely contested soccer match.
91³Ô¹ÏÍø took an early lead with a stunning goal from Ava, but Marymede fought back, equalising in the second half. Despite several close chances, neither team could secure a winner, resulting in a hard-fought draw.
The match showcased exceptional skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship, making for an exciting start to the tournament.
We now look forward to facing Harvest Home Road next week in Round 2!
